Dear Pac...

Dear Tupac "Family"
...Tupac could not look in the mirror at himself if he did not do everything in his power to right the wrongs the best way he knew how. He wanted to fix everything broken in everyone's lives. He wanted to take everyone's pain away. By sharing not just his personal experiences, but everyone's, he made us face the evils, admit to the wrongs, and bring the healing process and find a cure. His lyrics told not just his story, but all our stories. Through all of Tupac's trials and tribulations, one thing stood firm, one thing remained unshakable...YOU. Tupac never referred to you as his "fans", always as his "family".
Tupacs Stiefvater, Dr. Mutulu Shakur schrieb diesen Brief an Tupac, als Tupac
am 13.September 1996 einem
Attentat zum Opfer fiel.
Hier die Übersetzung des Briefes:
"Ich liebe dich wann auch
immer ... für immer. Tupac,
ich hatte noch vieles zu sagen,
du wolltest noch vieles sagen.
Viele Gespräche zwischen uns
innerhalb der Äther, wann
auch immer für immer.
Diesen Brief schrieb Mutulu an die Familie von Biggie:
[Zur Zeit ist nur die original
Fassung online, die Übersetzung
wird demnächst folgen]
THE SHAKUR FAMILY EXTENDS
OUR SYMPATHIES TO MS. WALLACE,
SISTER FAITH AND BROTHER BIGGIE'S
SON AND DAUGHTER
To Brother Biggie's Family;
We believe the lost of Biggie
and Tupac will have a tremendous
impact on our younger generation.
When all the facts are received
and analyzed, it will show
through all the negative and
false accusations and unprincipled
actions in the public which
is where our young draws its
influence, Brother Biggie
acted in a principle way toward
our son and his public actions
were principled by their very
nature which was true to the
life game in which he lived.
